Can Word of Mouth (WOM) be considered as a marketing method? If so, is it effective?

As we go on, it is better if we explain what WOM is …

Wom; if we try to analyze the English definition we can interpret this word as mouth-to-mouth or spoken marketing… however I’ve never been too fond of classic definitions. For this reason lets argue in a simple manner what WOM is and what it is not.

Actually ‘word clusters’ such as power of speech, gossip effect, I buy what my friends tell me, I ask 10 people before I shop, recommendations are important for me explain what WOM is.

WOM marketing is not a new concept since people have been placed recommendations on each other for years. Due to the fact that it has been common among people for years, WOM marketing was never considered as a means of marketing until it became very important recently.

TradeMarks that consumers can’t resist - Lovemarks

I had been planning to postpone publishing of this blog for a later date but it seems as though I couldn’t resist it, it’s best that I get started right away;

You may say… What is Lovemark anyway? Lovemark; is a mark of love, they are brands that form a bond with customers that is similar to love, they can also be referred to as superior marks that customers are unconditionally connected to. Shortly, it is the peak point of popularity one mark can have.

For example Harley Davidson, Zara, Google, Armani, Starbucks, Apple, Amazon and many more brands can be mentioned in this category, don’t be fooled when I say many because too few brands share lovemark category.
